BeauToday provides shipping to most countries, below are the countries we can ship to. And we do not ship to countries excluding those listed below.

Where we are shipping to?

1.Order Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you once you place an order. We will begin preparing your order as soon as it is confirmed.

Please note: orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours from order placement. If you wish to cancel your order before they’re shipped out, please email at contact@beautoday.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We will not accept any change requests for the order after that.

 

2. Order Processing

It usually takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order after you receive our order confirmation email. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

 

3. Shipping Method & Cost & Time

• Normally ,we use YunExpress Free shipping to ship our products.We do Free shipping for all orders to more than 20 countries.
• If you want fast, you can choose Paid Express Shipping as you need at checkout page.

1) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 business day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

2) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to Covid-19, invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

 7. Order Tracking

If you do not see your tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us via email at  contact@beautoday.com. 

 

 8. Order Delay

If your package does not arrive within1 month, please contact us immediately, our representative will get back to you on Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM(PST).

 

 9. Tax And Duties

Please note that all packages are shipped from BeauToday Warehouse. Depending on your country's customs and shipping methods, import taxes may be incurred. Taxes and fees have been paid for our products, and customers do not have to bear them. Of course, you can ask the local customs for more information.
