BeauToday provides shipping to most countries, we do not ship to countries excluding those listed below.

1.Order Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to you once you place an order. We will begin preparing your order as soon as it is confirmed.

Please note: orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours from order placement. If you wish to cancel your order before they’re shipped out, please email at contact@beautoday.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We will not accept any change requests for the order after that.

 2. Order Processing

It usually takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order after you receive our order confirmation email. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

3. Shipping Method & Cost & Time

  • Normally, we use YunExpress Free shipping to ship our products. If you prefer the fast shipping, you can choose paid Express Shipping Method at checkout page.
  • Please refer to the form below for a detailed explanation of shipping time and costs for the above methods.

Note:

1) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 business day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

2) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to Covid-19, invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.


4. Delivery

The delivery time is the total of processing time and transit time(it depends on your location)

5.Order Tracking

All orders are shipped using a courier service and can be tracked online. You can login your account to track your order. Tacking URL: https://beautoday.com/apps/17TRACK

If you do not see your tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us via email at  contact@beautoday.com

 

6. Order Delay

If your package does not arrive within1 month, please contact us immediately, our representative will get back to you on Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM(PST).

 

7. Tax And Duties

Please note that all packages are shipped from BeauToday Warehouse. Taxes and fees have been paid for our products, and customers do not have to bear them. Of course, you can ask the local customs for more information.
